Hamilton Cigars is the online store for our New Jersey customers looking for the same quality cigars and service they trust—now with convenient shipping and local delivery options.

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (NJ & Select States)

  • Local Delivery (Same-Day / Next-Day in Select Areas)

  • In-Store Pickup 

Age Requirement: You must be 21+ to purchase. Age verification may be required at checkout and/or upon delivery.

 


 

Standard Shipping

New Jersey Shipping

  • Flat-rate shipping: $7.99

  • Free NJ shipping on orders over $100 

  • Orders ship from New Jersey and are packed to help maintain freshness during transit.

Shipping to Other States

  • Shipping rates vary by destination.

  • Out-of-state shipping may be priced higher than New Jersey due to carrier costs and distance.

Note: We may limit shipping to certain locations based on applicable laws and carrier restrictions.

 


 

Local Delivery (Same-Day / Next-Day)

We offer local delivery in select areas near our store.

Same-Day Delivery

  • Available for eligible local addresses.

  • Order cutoff: 12pm

  • Delivery fees may apply unless waived by promotions or membership.

  • Flat-rate delivery charge: $5.99

  • Free local delivery on orders over $100 

Next-Day Local Delivery

  • Available for eligible local addresses.

  • If an order is placed after the same-day cutoff, the next-day option may apply.

Delivery Availability: Local delivery options will appear at checkout if your address qualifies.

Delivery Notes

  • A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.

  • If the recipient is not available or cannot verify age, the order may be returned or rescheduled.

 


 

In-Store Pickup 

  • Pickup is available during store hours.

    • Mon - Sat: 8am - 8:30pm
    • Sun: 8am - 8pm

 

  • You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.

  • ID verification may be required at pickup.

 


 

Order Processing & Handling

  • Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may process the next business day.

  • You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

 


 

Packaging & Freshness

Cigars are stored in a controlled environment before packing. We pack orders carefully to help maintain quality during shipping and delivery.

Returns & Exchanges (Tobacco Policy)

Due to the nature of tobacco products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order. If there’s an issue, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery and include photos if possible.
